Product Status
Omni-VII firmware/OnePlug software:
No major upgrades planned at this time. Maintenance release planned. OnePlug will also need code added to use the model 610 accessory, in progress now. (1/19/2009)
Orion/Orion II firmware:
Projected to include peak shadowing for sweep display, tuning cursor, new waterfall sweep display mode (all for Orion II only – requires color screen for visual interpretation of signals). AGC enhancements for RF AGC vs. AF AGC. Other minor changes. Beta Orion II version 2.041XL now in public release. Subsequent beta version to be released for evaluation. Testing of original Orion version to begin after Orion II beta version testing concluded. (4/28/2009)
Jupiter firmware and blue screens:
Firmware and blue screen upgrades available to all Jupiter rigs in the field now. (4/28/2009)
610 USB Keyer:
Available Q1 2009. With a couple of minor board corrections, hardware is complete. OnePlug needs code added to support. First build likely in May 2009. Retail price should come in under $200. Will start taking orders after the initial build has begun. (4/28/2009)
High speed sweep board Orion II/Omni-VII:
The FPGA firmware is finalized but will require additional board modifications before release. Only test firmware has been developed for the Orion II. Additional firmware work needs to be done to support the Omni VII. No expected release date at this time. (08/14/2008)
Obsolete manual online project
We have begun adding obsolete manuals to the site and are available for download. Availability of other manuals (like obsolete accessories) as downloadable files to be determined. (04/28/2009)
